Mark Kimoto is a junior from Plainview, New York, studying professional meteorology with a broadcasting emphasis and minoring in communication and Spanish. A member of the Phi Beta Kappa society, Mark has had a passion for the sciences since he was a little kid and is excited to pursue his love for weather at Mississippi State. After graduation, Mark hopes to become a trustworthy personality at a television station to communicate essential information about the weather to the public. Outside of class, Mark works as a lifeguard and lifeguarding instructor at the Sanderson Center and serves as a tour guide with Maroon VIP Tour Services.
