Grace Williams

​Grace Williams is a senior from New Orleans, Louisiana, majoring in Broadcast Meteorology with a minor in Broadcast Journalism. This year, Grace serves as Secretary of the East Mississippi Chapter of the National Weather Association and Meteorological Society. She is an active member of her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha, served as an Orientation Leader for MSU in 2024, and currently works as the Weekend Meteorologist at WVUA 23 in Tuscaloosa. Growing up in New Orleans, her passion for meteorology was shaped by experiencing the impacts of tropical weather firsthand, even experiencing the eye of a Category 4 hurricane, Ida. She aspires to use her career to bridge the gap between science and community, keeping others safe through clear and compassionate communication.
