Brenna Hunter is a legacy and graduate student from Brunswick, Georgia, who is currently studying in the College of Education, pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching focused on Secondary education. She received her Bachelor of Science from Mississippi State University in Geoscience, focused in professional meteorology. Brenna is a two-time president and former treasurer of the East Mississippi Chapter of the NWA/AMS. Her career goals include eventually working for the NOAA Educators Program and working in public policy regarding weather and climate. In her free time, Brenna likes to swim, go catamaran sailing, and go exploring with her husband and their chocolate lab.
